Where cookies or similar technologies are concerned, the Estonian Electronic Communications Act (Elektroonilise side seadus, ESS) also applies.

Interim Growth OÜ has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Its activities do not involve large-scale systematic monitoring of individuals or large-scale processing of special categories of data, so the conditions of Article 37 of the Regulation and § 2 of the IKS are not met. All data protection matters are handled through the contact address above.
What data this site collects
This website is informational and contains no contact forms, user registration, newsletter subscription or e-commerce. As a result, no personal data is requested from or voluntarily submitted by visitors through the site.
As with any website published on the internet, the hosting server automatically records technical connection data such as the IP address, the date and time of access, the resource requested and the browser type. This logging is inherent to the operation and security of the infrastructure.
Purposes and legal basis
- Service delivery and security: making the site available and detecting abuse or security incidents, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation. The interest pursued is keeping the site available and protecting it from attack; the processing is limited to technical connection data and does not involve building visitor profiles.
- Handling correspondence: if someone writes on their own initiative to the email address given in this policy, the data contained in that message is processed in order to reply, on the basis of legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) or, where the exchange concerns a possible engagement, of steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b).
- Technical storage of a cookie decision: where the browser stores the record of your choice about the notice shown on first visit, this is strictly necessary to provide the function you requested and is covered by § 1031 of the ESS read together with the ePrivacy Directive. No consent is required for it, and it is described in the cookie policy.
No special categories of data under Article 9 of the Regulation, and no data relating to criminal convictions under Article 10, are processed through this website.
Retention
Technical server logs are kept for as long as necessary for security and aggregate statistics, and are then deleted or anonymised. Correspondence is kept for as long as it remains relevant to the matter and for any applicable statutory limitation periods.
Recipients and transfers
No data is disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Hosting providers that support the site act as processors under a contract compliant with Article 28 of the Regulation. The controller carries out no transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area for its own purposes. Should such a transfer ever become necessary, it would rely on an adequacy decision or on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, with a prior transfer impact assessment.
The typefaces used on this site are loaded from an external font provider, which means that provider's servers receive the IP address from which the resource is requested. That provider acts on its own account in respect of that technical connection and receives no additional data from the controller. This connection is technically necessary to render the page and is not used for analytics or advertising. If you prefer to avoid it, your browser or an extension can block external font requests; the site remains fully readable with system fonts.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@interimgrowth.ee and stating which right you wish to exercise.
Requests are answered without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt, as required by Article 12(3) of the Regulation. That period may be extended by two further months where a request is complex, in which case you will be informed of the extension and its reasons within the first month. Exercising these rights is free of charge. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt as to who is making the request.
Where processing relies on legitimate interest, you have the right to object at any time under Article 21 of the Regulation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal; the cookie policy explains how to do so for the notice shown on this site.
If you believe your rights have not been properly respected, you may lodge a complaint free of charge with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, telephone +372 627 4135, email info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee. You may equally address the supervisory authority of your country of residence or workplace, and you retain the right to an effective judicial remedy under Articles 79 and 82 of the Regulation.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and reasonable technical measures are applied to protect the integrity of the published information. As a static site with no database and no administration area reachable from the internet, its exposure surface is limited.
Should a personal data breach occur that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the controller will notify the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours, in accordance with Article 33 of the Regulation, and will inform affected individuals directly where Article 34 so requires.
Cookies
The use of cookies and local storage is described in the cookie policy.
Automated decision-making and profiling
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the basis of browsing this website. There is no advertising tracking and no audience segmentation.
Children
This website is addressed to professionals and organisations, not to children, and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Under § 8 of the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act, the age at which a child may consent to information society services in Estonia is 13 years. No service on this site is directed at or conditional upon such consent.
